Principles

We, the people of Enthea, believe that justice, equity, diversity and inclusion are integral parts of the collective spirit of our organization. These are more than just words for us. These are the foundational principles and practices guiding how we build our teams, cultivate leaders, and create a community of care for all. 

Holistic

Organizations can be powerful platforms for societal change and can serve a higher purpose to drive equality. By celebrating multiple approaches and points of view, we harness the power of inclusivity and diversity as primary drivers of innovation. We believe creating a culture rooted in humility, self-awareness and community accountability isn’t just the right thing to do - it is the only way forward.

Committed

We strive to build and nurture a culture where JEDI (justice, equity, inclusion, and diversity) is a reflex, not an initiative. Where there is a deep sense of pride, passion and belonging that transcends any role, workstream, or objective and is unified in our shared commitment to excellence, innovation and healing.

Authentic

We also strive to create ecosystems that reflect the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to be their full, authentic selves. We recognize this is an ongoing process requiring consistent engagement from the entire Enthea team. To assist us with this work, we have formed a JEDI council which includes voices and insights from multidisciplinary experts from diverse backgrounds.
