Short answer: No.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) only tests for five classes of drugs:
Marijuana (THC)
Cocaine
Amphetamines / Methamphetamines
Opioids
Phencyclidine (PCP)
Ketamine is not part of the DOT panel.
Receiving care through Enthea — including Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) for mental health or
Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) — does not affect your DOT physical or disqualify your CDL.
Important: DOT rules still require that you do not operate while impaired and that you
disclose prescribed medications to your certified medical examiner.
