Sherry Rais, MSc, has helped dozens of startups, non-profit organizations, academic/research institutions, and small businesses raise funds, operate according to their mission and values, and implement processes that enhance their overall efficiency. Sherry believes in living and working in alignment with purpose and is currently focused on expanding access to psychedelic-assisted therapy to alleviate human suffering. Before this, Sherry consulted for over 10 years with the United Nations and World Bank, implementing cash transfer programs at the national level in over 35 countries. Sherry holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and International Development from McGill University. She also completed the Certificate in Psychedelic Therapies and Research from CIIS in 2021. In addition to being Enthea's CEO, she is the Executive Director of the Boston Psychedelic Research Group and the Grants Manager for CIIS.
Joshua Barber is a Business Development Consultant in the wellness space who supports small businesses and start-ups with their sales and growth while staying aligned with their mission and values. Joshua has a passion for helping organizations that seek to empower others to lead healthier lives, and to reach their highest potential. Joshua has over 22 years of success developing and managing business ventures, driving revenue through sales and customer acquisitions, and recruiting, training, and retaining high levels of talent. He is a passionate leader with an entrepreneurial mindset dedicated to helping the organizations he engages with succeed.
Dr. Dan Rome is a senior physician executive with more than 30 years of experience in direct patient care, healthcare administration and leadership, managed behavioral healthcare, care management & healthcare consulting. He has served in numerous physician leadership roles including Chief Medical Officer for Beacon Health Strategies; Vice President for Medical Affairs at Tufts Health Plan; & Medical Director of Behavioral Health, at Evolent Health. He has also served as Medical Director for Fallon Total Care, a specialty health plan for Medicare/Medicaid recipients. Earlier in his career, as Tufts Health Plan’s Assistant Vice President for Mental Health Services, Dr. Rome guided the development and managed the operation of the health plan’s fully in-house, integrated mental health services program. Dr. Rome has also served as Psychiatrist-in-Charge at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, & attending psychiatrist at Deaconess Waltham Hospital in Waltham, MA. Dr. Rome is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School.
Keith Lietzke has 25 years of executive leadership with technology companies. As CEO and co-founder of Unbound Commerce, Keith led the company to a market leadership position in mobile commerce, resulting in a purchase by SAP. At Sealed Media and eCopy, Keith held general manager and senior go-to-market roles in these pioneering document management companies. With Open Market, he led the largest revenue unit with this internet commerce start-up that became one of the most successful IPOs during the internet boom. Keith was trained in economics at Princeton University and Miami University and went on to be an economic consultant to the US Department of Energy and NASA. Along the way, he also worked as an inside entrepreneur at AT&T during the rollout of cellular technology and became a founding member of its Consumer Labs.
Ronda Kearns-Strawser, MHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, BSN, RN is a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, holding dual Master Degrees in Nursing and Healthcare Administration. She has over twenty years of diverse experience in nursing, behavioral health and substance abuse including clinical experience and leadership roles as Director of Psychiatry and Regional Director. Ronda uses her foundational Psychiatric Nursing experience and business acumen to benefit behavioral health organizations in clinical operations, business development and regulatory compliance.
Andrew Ninnemann holds a Master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Maryland. Andrew is a research consultant who has served in a variety of roles helping non-profits, corporations, and academic/research institutions achieve their goals through research-driven insights. Andrew has used his foundational training as a clinical therapist and academic researcher to benefit organizations in the consulting, psychedelics, and behavioral health domains. Andrew has worn a variety of different hats - from providing therapy to patients with substance use disorders to delivering research insights to C-Suite academic and corporate audiences. Andrew's varied experience in public speaking, client engagement, and clinical research enables him to communicate research findings to non-academic audiences. At Enthea, Andrew manages the development of medical policy in the expanding field of psychedelics for the treatment of mental health, translating a growing body of research into clinical practice for patients, providers, and insurers.
Jessica Tracy brings over 15 years of diverse healthcare experience in data analytics, strategic advisory and consulting, business development and go to market strategy.Her work spans across healthcare ranging from group insurance, clinical genetics and diagnostics, healthcare technology, and psychedelic assisted therapies. Jessica has led sales and consulting partnerships with large employers, unions, health systems, payors and public sector clients. Jessica’s most recent work has been in health tech to improve and increase access to care by applying innovative delivery models for clinical protocols.
Prior to her years in health-tech where she specialized in innovative approaches to healthcare access, Jessica partnered with large organizations in risk management and insurance consulting where she developed comprehensive insurance strategies and effective cost containment and disease management solutions. Jessica also spent time as an Underwriter and Data Analytics Consultant for a large payor and insurance consulting firm.
Jessica provides strategic advisory for companies and health systems associated with psychedelic assisted therapies (PAT) and is a member of the Ketamine Task Force where they develop clinical studies with the objective of increasing insurance coverage and FDA approval for these therapies. She has completed various clinical certifications in psychedelics including Essential Contemplative Practices of a Psychedelic Therapists, Introduction to Psychedelic Therapies, and Psychedelic Facilitator Training. Her passion is on increasing awareness and access to psychedelic assisted therapies.
Jessica holds various designations including Group Benefits Disability Specialist, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist and has also completed extensive courses through the Hartford School of Insurance, Commercial Lines Producer School, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and Employee Benefits Producer Training Program through The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research for Employee Benefits, Marketing and Risk Management. She has received honors including the Forum Award for Emerging Female Leader through the Forum of Executive Women which included a comprehensive Leadership Development and Mentorship Program, SNJ Business People's 40 Under 40 Award, and South Jersey Biz 20 Under 40 Award.
Jessica has served on the Board of Directors for various organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health leading the Innovative Benefits Work Group, Bringing Hope Home, Devereaux Behavioral Health, Domestic Violence Center of Chester County where she chairs the Personnel Committee. She also partners with the Ketamine Task Force to drive forward insurance access and FDA approval of ketamine assisted therapies and KidsAlive International to support child victims of exploitation and trafficking.
Abubakar (Baker) Khan, M.B., B.S., served as an international medical professional who then transitioned to the operational and administrative sides of the industry. He’s well-versed in healthcare and technology and has held various roles at an operational capacity for numerous healthcare and health-tech organizations, from workforce and tech management, analyzing portfolios and clinical trial reports, to managing clinic/hospital mergers & acquisitions, building policies and expansions of nationwide provider networks. Baker strives to achieve customer success along with operational efficiency and excellence by streamlining processes and workflows for organizations in a variety of domains. At Enthea, Baker builds and manages our nationwide provider network, working closely with the Medical Affairs and Customer Growth, and improves operational processes at an organizational level.
