Traditional mental health treatments often focus on managing symptoms rather than healing the underlying issues, leaving many employees without lasting relief. In fact, two-thirds still report not getting the effective mental health care they need.

Enthea offers a different path. Through employer-sponsored benefits, we provide access to the most innovative therapies, which help address the root causes of mental health challenges. Our approach empowers individuals to find deeper, more enduring relief and regain control over their well-being.

What Others Are Saying About Enthea

'Enthea--has rightly spotted the gaping hole in the psychedelic renaissance--access. They are pioneering insurance plans for these therapies so everyone in need can have a shot at mending trauma, depression, and addiction, regardless of cash-flow. So, medical insurance. Super duper not sexy, but potentially a game-changer in actual social impact beyond communities of privilege.'

- Jamie Wheal, Author

'This news made my day - a company has signed up to become what the provider is calling the first company to offer reimbursement for health insurance coverage of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to its employees and their families. Go check out Enthea, the first benefits plan administrator for psychedelic health care. Signs of the times!'

- Jane Metcalfe, Co-Founder of Wired

'Even though Ketamine-Assisted Therapy can have profound benefits, it often comes with a hefty price tag. I definitely would not have been able to afford this type of treatment for myself, so the fact that Dr. Bronner’s covered 100% of the treatment for me and my family was absolutely awesome!'

Yes, employees can use HSA or FSA funds to pay for these services, as well as HRA funds. Ketamine-assisted therapy is a permitted expense under current regulatory guidance for HRA/HSA/FSA. However, for HRAs, employers must explicitly add this treatment to the company's HRA plan.

Can you integrate with our current platforms?

We can integrate with existing platforms like Aetna, Just Works, or ADP by receiving a data feed or making a web service call to sync membership data (which will include employees and covered dependents). In the future, we plan to offer an optional service to analyze employee absenteeism and medical expenses data, assessing the impact of ketamine-assisted therapy treatment on these key metrics. This will require additional integrations and we will announce this feature when it is possible.
